Meet John & Brandi Morris
Co-owners Brandi and John share a love for the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. They also enjoy volunteering for youth softball and spending weekends with their grandchildren.
John has worked in the industry for over 25 years. His passion for providing personalized customer service was the driving force behind starting our business.
After graduating high school in 1990, John joined the Navy, where he learned the low-voltage trade. Following four years of service, he began his career with a local alarm company. Through a series of company buyouts, John advanced from alarm technician to supervisor and lead supervisor before we launched our own business in 2018. For many years, John dreamed of starting a company that could deliver higher-quality, more personalized service to homeowners and businesses.
Brandi, meanwhile, was working in management for a local service and logistics company. In 2018, we took the leap—John worked hard to obtain our EF license with the state of Florida, and within a few months, we realized the business would thrive if both of us were involved full-time. Today, John enjoys being in the field and taking care of customers’ needs, while Brandi focuses on meeting with clients and local business owners, marketing, networking, and managing scheduling and finances.
We take pride in delivering personal, prompt service. Sales, service, and installation visits are typically scheduled within one to two business days. Every estimate, installation, and service is customized to fit the customer’s needs—there are no generic, fill-in-the-blank forms here.
